I installed the demo content and uploaded the child theme, but WordPress is still not allowing me to alter any of the design/theme options, and my site (in live preview) doesn’t look like the demo at all.

I’d really prefer not to have to give you my wpadmin credentials; I’m sure you can understand. Could you please just tell me why this is happening, and whether it is a fixable error or a shortcoming of the theme? If there is no theme customization option or at least a way to effectively replicate the demo content, I’d rather just try to initiate a return with Envato.

I can understand your security concerns. We take dozens of admin information here every day, solve the problems. Instead of giving your own username, you can create a username and assign a temporary password. If you still do not want to share, I respect you. We need to detect the problem first, please disable the plugins outside the theme package and try again? If the problem persists, I will try to help you if you take a screenshot and share your website with URLS.

Hi, Can you login to your server via SFTP (or FTP)? You should then go to /wp-content/themes folder and find the impose theme and delete all folder. I don’t have your ftp login details so you can do it easily.

Open FileZilla and connect to your server.
Navigate to the file you want to delete on the server. Right-click the file and select delete.
Click OK to confirm the delete Now your file is no longer on the server.

I think there was an error during installation. If you delete all the files, I will install them again.
Also if you check out the documentation, you can get information on how to upload the theme via ftp. Don’t worry, we can solve your issue.

I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about regarding logging in to my server via SFTP or FTP. However, I have deleted the theme from my site. Can you go in and try to reinstall it correctly?
