I just bought the theme. Successfully installed in WordPress. Once I activate the theme or click for a live preview I get only a white screen and I see nothing.. (is it a bug?).

Hello? I get no response in the support. I bought this theme, but it is not working on WordPress.. The only thing I see when installing and activating is a white screen.. I have tried so many things. Hi, please follow the steps in the theme documentation to setup the theme correctly.

Note: Do not use theme customizer.

See my screenshots how do I install the theme (I read your documentation). Also via FTP. But I keep getting a white screen all with you theme..

You need to create a custom menu and must use custom theme widgets. Please check out the Menu and Widgets sections in the theme documentation.
