I don’t understand how (where) to set it up so that messages from site guests come to the specified email address. How to customize this form?

Hi, edit your Contact page in Elementor, just click on the form and on the left hand side you will see the email address.

Hi, you can translate it with Loco Translate plugin and by translating Pixelwars Core Shortcodes plugin.
