I have a few questions.

1. I just purchased theme and I imported a demo but when I change images on the scrolling gallery on the home page they look low resolution on my phone but high resolution on my computer why is that? And also is there a way to know which images on gallery need to be horizontal and vertical because some of my images are vertical getting cut off.

2. Is it possible to have profile picture alway in color and not only on hover?

3. Is it possible to not show site title in header? I want a site title but I don’t want it showing on my header.

Also is there a way to add overlay or reduce the transparency of the grain on the homepage gallery to make the text more visible? I do like the grain effect but it’s too much for me if we can change the transparency that would be great.

When I try to visit your website, I get the following error message “HTTP ERROR 400”. You can contact your hosting regarding this error message.
First of all, please run your test on our demo site. Does the same image quality degradation problem occur on our demo site?
1-) Vertical and horizontal cuts are made automatically by WordPress to fit the screen. Here you can minimize cuts by using masonry layout.
2-) You can remove the filter on the profile picture with the css code below.

.site-profile-image { filter: none; }

3-) You can hide the site title with the css code below.

Okay, i will make different post for questions. i will provide staging site url again so you can see the issue with the low res images on home page gallery. the demo theme images look good on the home page.

Hi,
I keep getting the no access error when I click on the url. If you have a cache plugin or other 3rd party software, I recommend that you temporarily deactivate it. Such similar problems are usually caused by cache plugins to make your website load faster.

Try this one. this is staging site with a different host. It look great on laptop but on my phone the quality is bad but the demo home page images look great.

Can you take a screenshot of the image on your mobile phone and share it with us?
We can also easily make test comparisons on our own mobile devices.
I think you are using hostinger. If you have hosting from a different company, can you do that test as well? Hostinger company can sometimes deep cache. This can cause problems on websites. Please make sure that there is no deep cache.

I have attached Dropbox link with screen recording of my Home Screen. It was the same way on my siteground staging site so I’m not sure if deep cache is an issue because it looks good if I use the demo images. Is there a size I should upload photos?

Hi, I carried out my tests using both Safari and Chrome with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I did not experience any degradation or loss of quality like in the video you shared. Could you please run your tests with different devices?
We recommend uploading at least 2x size for retina display.

Okay, thanks I’ll try to upload different sizes or just use the scrolling horizontal layout since it look better on mobile devices
