Hello,

I’ve just purchased, installed and tried to activate this theme. When I activated it the screen just went white and the website completely failed. I looked at the ‘live’ code and there was literally nothing there either, nothing on the web page or for wp-admin. I had to go into the PHP database and manually change the theme back to the previous one to get the website working again.

Please could you advise me on what to do to make this work? I read the guides and installed the theme correctly. I used the main theme file, not the child theme file.

Hi Suzi,
Could you deactivate third-party plugin and try it, again? And also try to upload a fresh copy of the theme. If you still have any issue, provide me your related url, please?
