Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can’t get theme option changes that I’m making to update in the browser. To be fair, when I make a change, it changes in Chrome (the browser that I’m using to configure WP-Bloggy), but in any other browser I try or my iPad, none of the changes appear. I’ve tried clearing the cache in WP and on each browser to no avail. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I have changed the footer copyright as well as gotten rid of the Site Tagline, and none of teh changes are visible on other browsers. Help! Thank you so much.

Since no one answered this, I’ll answer it. Apparently, a caching plug-in was turned on by default, with the setting to not cache for logged in users. That’s why other browsers weren’t seeing the changes I was making, but the machine I was logged into the Admin panel was seeing the changes.
