Hello, I purchased the Efor theme less than a month ago and installed it on BlueHost.. I started building out the website and later learned the JetPopup isnt functioning. Sometimes it works, other times i doesnt work at all. When it does work, it only works once with an unedited template. I did notice that the JetPopup was version 2.0.14.1. I thought I would update (2.0.19) but I didnt get a activation code. I then noticed that any newer update of the template would come with the updated JetPopup. The most recent update was a few days ago. So, to simplify the process. I downloaded the latest version and uploaded it to a new test site. Still, its using 2.0.14.1, not like the documentation said. I made zero changes to the site. Immediately, the jetpopup fails to function. When you click “Get Your Free Guide” on the home page, nothing happens. Seems there is a coding issue. I have included the test site in the private content section. Also, Pixelwars states my purchase code is invalid. That will need to be fixed as well.

What I need:
1. Resolution to the JetPopup failing on all pages or a refund.
2. Receive all activation licenses for the included Plugins
3. Fix the purchase code claiming to be invalid by Pixelwars.

1. First, please request the license keys for the bundled Pro plugins (such as Tutor LMS Pro, JetPopup, JetElements, etc.) using the link below:

2. Once you receive your license keys, activate and update these plugins to their latest versions. This ensures all included Pro features work properly and compatibility issues are resolved.

3. After updating the plugins, please check again if the JetPopup is working correctly. If not, make sure your hosting environment meets the minimum system requirements listed here:

This update includes the latest versions of bundled premium plugins to ensure full compatibility and optimal performance with the latest WordPress and Elementor releases.

1. First, update your theme to the latest version following this guide:

2. Then go to Appearance → Install Theme Plugins and update all bundled plugins from there.

Important:
If you encounter any issues or failed updates while updating bundled plugins from the “Install Theme Plugins” page:

– Go to the Plugins page, deactivate the problematic plugin, and delete it.
– Then return to Appearance → Install Theme Plugins and install it again.

This process will install the latest version of the plugin and will not affect any of your existing content or data stored in the database.
