Hey there, I’m kind of stuck in the updating of the theme. I received an email from Envato, then downloaded the new theme zip file but then, what am I supposed to do? I normally update themes from WP backend. Plus, looks like I don’t have Visual Composer installed but keep receiving notifications from Envato to update it, does it make any sense to you?

You will get Visual Composer 4.7.4 when you update the theme. Please read the update section in the documentation.

Hi, I’m trying to update the theme to the latest (I think it’s v.3.0.9), but WordPress Update keeps giving me an error message, saying that the install failed. It says there is already a folder named “Bloggy”. On many of the previous updates, the install zip file was named as the version, for instance bloggy-v3-0-2.

I think this may be the problem. Can you update the files available from ThemeForest to have them read v3-0-9, or something like that? Or if there’s another solution, please let me know.

Please deactivate the theme and delete it and download the latest bloggy verion theme. And don’t worry you won’t loose any of your data.
