Theme update failed: "The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet."

    Hi Pixelwars team, when I tried to update my website theme to the updated version of Bloggy WP, I got the following error message in WordPress:

    “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme installation failed.”

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi, please unzip the package first then locate the theme zip file under Theme folder and upload that zip file as a wordpress theme.
