Hi,

There is a problem concerning the template I’ve upload through wordpress.

As you can see from the link above, at the top of the home page, there are remnants of an old template that we bought (which was not technically suitable at all and which we have completely removed).

We can’t manage to remove this black banner from the top of the page.

Could you help us solve the problem?

Here are the latest news about the implementation of the template on wordpress

The template appears again (see the link on our site) but this time the “Start here” and “shop” tabs have disappeared.

As you can see in the screenshot below, these two tabs appear as “‘invalid”.

The issue with the top banner remains the same.

Could you please help us solve this problem? It is very important for our business

This template has been the third we’ve bought since october 2019. And none of us works.

if you take a look at the banner at the bottom of the home page, it is written: 2020 Linda Cooper – All Rights Reserved, when it should written: 2021 Judy West.

It seems there is a conflict between the both template whereas we’ve chosen Judy West template.

It is normal?

I tried to login your website but i got this error message “Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.”
Could you please provide me the right information?
You can go to appearance > widgets > footer copyright text > edit text widget
You need to activated woocommerce plugin for the shop feature.
