Hello

I am interested in a small upgrade to the default template concerning the scrolling on the 3 inside pages. The change is to make the titles (default: Resume, Portfolio, Contact) remain fixed (not scrolling) while the content below can still be scrolled.

Is this simple enough to provide the code I would need to add/modify for my website?

Hi, it can be possible but it requires more hard work, we can only provide customizations of some lines of code. You can hire someone experienced to do the job for you, if you are not familiar to wordpress-html coding.
