How do I change the background color and the padding on the Top Bar Widget?

Please go to dashboard > appearance > customize > you will able to customize it.

I went there already. There is not a setting for padding or color in the options. When I go to “Show more settings” the only option is to add additional CSS.

I don’t code, so what is the CSS for padding and background color for that element?

Please go to appearance > customize > header > top bar > you can change the top bar background color and height here. Please check it out.
