I do not know how to start, because I’m totally new in this.

1. I received a mail that topic has update. I added Envato Market in Plugins.
Does that mean that the theme will automatically update?

2. In Work Page in WordPress i do not have nothing. Page is Blank. How to fix that?

Hi,
You should add your envato login details once then when we release an update, you will get an update allert. You should just click to update button.
When you install the dummy data, you will get same demo items like ours. Also, I would recommend you to read the documentation.
On the right hand side, you will see the gallery types. You can just choose the gallery 3 type.
