Hello,

I have bought Tutor LMS Pro and have issues with a certificate and theme.

When you complete the course, you can generate the certificate. But, when I do so, the certificate is generated not for the whole width (see Desktop Example in Privat Content).
Weird thing, it does work perfectly on mobile phones (see Mobile Phone Example)

I have already contacted Themium and here is their response: “I just checked your site and find a conflict with your theme. If you use any theme except your current activated theme, this issue is solved. So please check your theme configuration or change the theme.”

I have checked it myself, it works okay with another theme (Hello Elementor). Reinstallation of Tutor LMS plugins did not help. I haven’t found someone here who has encountered the same problem.

Can you help me to figure it out?

I have added admin account info in Privat Content for tests.
