Hi I need to update TutorLMS Pro – since they just release new update. The current Tutor LM core version is 3.9.6, Tutor LMS Pro is 3.9.1, when I activate the plugin, it crashed the whole site (show Critical error) and I have to disable all plugin from cPanel and start over.

Hİ again, we have released a new theme update with updated bundled plugins, please first update your theme to the latest version and then update your bundled plugins from Appearance > Install Theme Plugins section.

Thanks for the license codes but I still have issues activating Amelia. I managed to activate Jetelements plugins with no issues but Amelia tells me the license is invalid or expired.
I tried the license activation on my PC as a local/stagging install and it DID activate so I dont understand whats wrong. I sent you the right domain otherwise the other plugins wouldn’t activate.
Error: “The purchase code is invalid or has expired”

I have received the license but the LMS Tutor Pro license didn’t worked. It kept on saying invalid password and redirects to lms tutor website to sign in and even after sign up it never accepts it. Can you please login and make it work. I have provided the details for the website below

Hi, I just activated your Tutor LMS Pro.
However when I try to activate your Amelia plugin, I get this error:
SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.
This error is related to the server SSL/cURL configuration, not the purchase code itself:
It usually means the server is missing an up-to-date CA certificate bundle, so WordPress/PHP cannot securely connect to Amelia’s licensing server.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update/fix the server CA certificates / cURL SSL configuration. After that, try activating Amelia Pro again.
You can also ask them to check that outgoing HTTPS requests from WordPress are allowed.
