Hi, Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.

Unable to import Demo theme, its very dissapointing becuase i tried for a few hours and theres alot of error message coming up on top of the Import demo page.

Hi there serkan the upload limit is already set with the Hosting provider at 256mb. ive already adjust the upload limit by the HTACCESS file. Can you help me from here?

thank you for your help. I am able to see the Demo 6 now but the problem is the Elementor keeps on having the loading icon and i cant barely do anything on the theme.

i have a screenshot of it but i am unable to send you thru this comments.

Hi, just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site. When you have done it, you can deactivate your third party plugins and try it again. One of your third party plugins may conflict with the theme. Also, try to deactivate jet popup plugin as well.
