I’m trying to upload my client’s logo to their website, however, when I do, the logo doesn’t show up – it’s just blank. Can you help me with this? I’ve tried both SVG and PNG file types.

Hello. Do you have an estimated time on when the developer will get to this? It’s been several weeks and I haven’t heard anything from them. My client’s website launch is on hold until this is resolved. They were wanting to go live weeks ago and need to get this up as soon as possible for their business.

I can see it. Thank you! I was able to upload the negative version successfully as well. Does the image have to be PNG format and at 350×100 always for the logo in here? I ask because I tried uploading an SVG for the negative logo and while it said it added it, it did not appear. But when I uploaded a PNG of the same artwork, it worked.

In fact, SVG should load without problems. For now, if PNG works for you, please stick with PNG. In the meantime, we will investigate why SVG has an error. We have no limitations on resolution, of course it is up to you.
