I followed the instructions to update the theme. No content was lost, but now when I click on a portfolio page, it just opens a blank white page. I’ve checked in the Dashboard and all content is still there – it’s just not showing.

Any help with this ASAP is appreciated. Thanks

Could you please go to widgets > empathy template page > and check the portfolio page and save it. Also, make sure your portfolio plugin is active.

I updated the theme again to 1.3.1 and tried your instructions but no joy – it is still showing just a blank page.

This is distressing having spent so long putting in my portfolio. Can you please suggest anything else to get this working?

Hi,
Go to settings > permalinks > choose default to save it then choose post name and save it again.

Thanks for the answer again, I was having the same problem and it was all fine after going to settings > permalinks > choose default to save it then choose /%postname%/ and save it again.
