Hello,

I installed the UberGrid plugin on my site and it works very well with your theme, but I have an issue and I’m hoping you can help.

This is the url of my site : http://design.bldevelopment.com/

So when you click on a video and you look at the URL, it shows a lot of unnecessary infos (e.g
http://design.bldevelopment.com/137-show-reel/1/137-show-reel/1/149-danone-actimel-life).
And if you click on an other video after that, it will add even more infos to the URL.

First thing I’ve done was to contact UberGrid support, but this is their answer :

“Hello! You are using a theme that uses jquery.history.js api to manipulate URLs in some way (I am not sure which specific way). So, it hooks into UberGrid’s deeplinking implementation and breaks it. Please contact theme author to learn how to make a theme code ignore certain links generated by UberGrid.”

What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi, this is awkward, i just checked the theme script file and i can’t see any js code that can conflict with this plugin js code. It might be that some of the js plugins(related to url parsing) we used in the theme might be conflicting with the plugins script, i am not sure this will work but you can try deleting this files from your server and check it again;

Hi,

Thank you very much for your help. I have deleted these files and it did solve half of the problem – Now it only shows the infos when you click on a video and these infos disappear when you close it.

Is there anything else I could do?

Hi again, i just checked your site, and it works fine on my side, videos show properly.
