URL redirects

Hi,

How i can redirect portfolio pages URL addreses:
FROM – http://www.murauskas.lt/projektai/portfolio/seo-tyrimai/
TO – http://www.murauskas.lt/#/projektai/portfolio/seo-tyrimai/

Google search engine ranks pages without “#”, so I need to do correctly redirects.

I think it is impossible for this theme.
