I also tried the same thing with a completely fresh install of wordpress with php 8.1,8.2 same thing happens.

Hi, it looks like there is a bug with the Prime Slider plugin, you can report it to the plugin author and I believe they will release a new update with the fix;

Until the update comes out, you can use Home 06 which has video background;
