Hi, i just tested our contact form with foreign characters and they look fine on my side. Which characters do you have problem with?

this is weird, i just tested your characters and looks fine on my side, viewed on gmail. You can try;

– check the same mail on the desktop or a different mail client.
– download and install a fresh copy of the template and try again.

I tried MS Outlook and Thunderbird at home. But same result.
Tomorrow i will try to use fresh copy but i changed nothing in the sendmail.php.

I solved the isuue with adding ContentType header
“Content-type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8” . “\r\n”;

But site name still looks like on the first screenshot. Can you help me?

try this;

– edit send-mail.php in Notepad++
– go to Encoding tab and select “Encode in UTF-8 without BOM” and save.
– upload the file and check again.

i can’t think of a solution, maybe you can use the site title in english characters only like your url, since only you will see it.
