the second section of the site

on desktop shows properly the video (see screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/15-ALIQEIuIjHSmpo-DauUyWyBKKAfjWa/view?usp=sharing) I inserted but not in mobile (see screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gY0b4rag-JWgO3lfYiEZbARyCYH4XI9G/view?usp=sharing).

How I can manage this issue?

In the elementor settings, you should activate “play on mobile” section. Please see the attached image;
