Video is not working, is .MP4 format supported?

    I went to Widgets -> Empathy Templates Pages -> Home and I have set a video URL: http://dynamotechnology.com/vcard/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/343465699.mp4 but it’s not being displayed on the main page, why? Can I enable it for Desktop and not for Mobile?

    Hi,
    The theme is not supporting self-hosted video. Because using self-hosted video is not wise. Your server is suffering too much because of the band width. Instead of the self-hosted video, you can upload your video to Vimeo or youtube. If you get too many visitors and use self-hosted background video, the opening speed will be very slow.
