I would like to add there vimeo videos above the name and scrolling text on the homepage. How would I got about doing that?

Hi, sorry it is not available by default and it requires more time and effort to customization, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at envato studio.

OKay so what if I scrap the scrolling text and name portion, would I then be able to add videos with out it being a pain?

I see you, but we don’t promise any customization work anywhere, but still we try to help you all on some simple css customizations that doesn’t take more than just a few minutes,
