Hi, error #1 is required in order to theme work correctly in IE8, others are minor things not important markup errors but can be fixable. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi If you fix it, you will be one of the few who made themes with 100% validation. And i think a lot of people would like to buy your theme even more.

Check this site wordpress theme, it should be possible to make your themes 100% :)
