I checked your website with chrome, firefox and safari and it looks fine in all of them. The broken or missing image indicates that the css file has not yet been loaded. This is related to the speed your hosting company offers you.
I would suggest you to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase allocated memory size for your plan and if it still doesn’t fix your issues you may consider switching a better hosting, We recommend a2 hosting turbo plans;

I have shifted my hosting and it seems fine but im trying to improve my Google page speed and GT Matric score… I have tried so many plugin but nothing works, If you help me to improve the score it would be great.
