Website Theme Error

    Hi there!

    Since yesterday I have noticed two issues with my website. Bluehost looked into it but said that all is good on their end, and to check with the Theme developer/author.

    Here are the issues I’ve been facing:

    1. Whenever I type my domain to search the website appears “broken” or completely different for a few seconds until it loads properly again and displays my site.

    2. the ssl certificate also takes a few seconds to load and warns users following my domain link that it is not secure, even though it has an ssl. This seems to be more a problem with the hosting company, but I thought id ask you guys as well incase it might be related to issue 1.

    Hi,
    I saw the problem you mentioned for a very short time. Firstly, I would recommend you to deactivate your third party plugins, clear your cache and try it again. One of your third party plugins may conflict with the theme. Please keep me updated.

    Hi there!

    You are a genius! Thank you for your help. I deactivated and deleted Jetpack Boost and that solved the problem instantly.

    Do you recommend I keep Jetpack in general to work with the theme? Or must I remove that ?

    Hi, We did not generally use the JetPack plugin in the theme. If other problems occur in the future, you can use an alternative plugin. For now, it is up to you to decide whether to delete it or not.
