Hello!
I purchased support for another 6 moths but i still have not received any support from you guys.
My website URL (www.nietomaldonado.com) is still not up for me to access my theme and make updates in it. Neither i can access my WordPress account (http://nietomaldonado.com/wp-login.php) . For some reason both URL’s are blank and i don not know what is wrong. Could you please help me with this? Is there a chat room/Customer Service that can assist me live on the matter instead of creating a Forum and being redirected to past and old threads? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi Pablo,
We just only provide support on the forum and we don’t have chat room. We are willing to help you about your issue. It looks like your problem is related to wordpress itself not related to our theme. So I can suggest you these;
1) Try to re-install wordpress
2) If you can not able yo access your admin panel you can ask this question in the wordpress support forum. Also you can check out this related topic; https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-access-wp-admin-17
3) When you solve the access issue to admin panel you can ask your question related to the theme.
