Where to change all the images in the Projects Section

I am using the Hone2 theme and the Projects slider section on the homepage seems to be pulling all the images from all the different home themes which is fine. I want to keep everything as is and only swap out all the images in the Projects section for my own images. From where do I do that if I am only using the Home2 theme?

Also, the very bottom footer of the homepage has too much white space. How/where do I close up some of that space?

I am not sure why you are not seeing anything on your end. I can access the website just fine and update it as well. I can also view it externally to see all my changes.

The only problems I was having was the 2 issues I reported to you. So, let me know where we go from here. Below, I have included my website, the user name and the password if you need to gain access to the backend of the website.

While it has always been clear where to change the featured image, it was the images inside the actual post to which I was referring because some of the images in each post are embedded from elsewhere that seems to not be able to access from within the post.

Those embedded images seems to be pulling from the other home theme versions and those are the images I want to change.

Also, please address the spacing issue at the bottom of the footer.

Also what seems to be an issue is when I am able to change out an existing image in an individual portfolio post for a new image by deleting the existing image and adding the new image, the existing image automatically comes back into place and the new image sits on top of the existing image. When I try to increase the size of the new image to fully cover the existing image, it does not allow for full coverage. You will be able to see that there is background image that the new image is sitting on top. For example, look at the 1st image and the last image in the portfolio post named ‘Sparkle and Shine Project’.

Again, need to know where the central place is to remove/replace images in portfolio posts.

    Hi,
I found that when I temporarily reactive third party plugins and cleared the browser cache, the whole problem disappeared. Can you check again? By the way, I also added css code for the footer. By the way, the last url you shared and the first url you shared were different. You made word mistakes while sharing. That’s why I couldn’t reach your url.
    Thanks

Although you did something with the 3rd part plugins and cleared the cache it did not help…the same problem exists where even though the post image is deleted and replaced with a new image, the original post image comes back as the background and the new image is placed on top of it which is what shows when viewing externally.

From the backend dashboard portfolio area, it appears the image deleted ok and the new image appears it has successfully replaced the original image. However, from the external view of the website, the double images will show up for any external viewers who are viewing the website. I have captured what the external views look like in the 2 links below or you can just pull up the website externally and see for yourself what appears if you access that particular post.

This leads me to believe what I suspected all along which is that the images have to be changed elsewhere than in the posts themselves such as on a carousel or on a slider that is not currently showing up on the backend, but I could be wrong.

Hi, I just logged into your site and the images on the Latest Project slider are tied to your portfolio post images, I tried to change the featured image of your first portfolio post and it appeared on the homepage project slider.

    – On your project single page, first image is being updated when the featured image is updated, However the second image is the static Image widget, I have just replaced it with “Featured Image” widget and now it is being updated to (for your first portfolio post).

    Have a nice day!

You’ve said a lot here, but I am unsure how it helps me for what I am trying to do. I like that the images are now drawing from the featured image instead of the from the blog images, but now this is presenting a different issue. Where I was once able to change out the featured images because I had access to them, it now appears that I no longer have access to the featured images to change ALL OF THE FEATURED IMAGES.

Why do I not have access to the sliders so I can change all the images on the sliders instead of from the posts because now I cannot seem to change the images on any posts either?

My main objective was always to swap out all the images that came with the theme and replace them with my own images of choice.

I have worked with many different themes over the years and this is the first theme that I am having trouble replacing images which should be a simple and straightforwsrd thing to do.

So, the issue remains that I cannot replace any images..

Still awaiting a resolution. I thought this issue was passed on to the developer.

Ahmetsali, were you the developer of this theme? I am under a deadline to complete this website

Hi, Can you show me which parts of the photos you cannot change by marking them on the screenshot and sharing the url? I think what you mean and what we understand are different. We can produce more effective solutions with the detailed information you will share. I would like you to upload the photo to any website and share with us both the link to the screenshot and the link to the part you are having problems with.
    Thanks

I made a video showing that I cannot change the featured images at the top of the homepage or anywhere else in the Portfolio section.

When I try to change the image just below the image at the top of the page this is what happens in the Portfolio section…

    1) The 1st example shows that on the 1st post I cannot access the image at all to change it.

    2) The 2nd example shows that even if I am able to access an image in the double image section on another post, the top image does not change when saved, the bottom image does not change at all, and the image at the top of the page doe not change either.

Therefore, I cannot change any featured images at all.

Hi, to change the featured image of the portfolio post, simply edit your Portfolio Post (just click edit, not Edit with Elementor) then on the right side of the screen you can change the featured image from WordPress default feature: Featured Image section and save settings.

    Cheers.
