I am probably totally overlooking it but where can I find the plugin? I looked into the downloaded file and saw the documentation but still not sure where I should find. And I would like to convert my site with this great theme (Milo) into the demo of that theme. Hope you can help me!

You can import the dummy data easily. You need to run the one click demo import plugin.
