Hi, I have an issue with my website, there is a white bar on the top of my home page and I can not remove it. I added the CSS as you suggested in other topics, which works fine in the preview but not in the final version after publishing. Both on web and on mobile I still see the white space on top. What could I do?
Hi @Roel,
Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked your website on both Chrome and Safari, but I’m unable to see the white bar you’re referring to. This could be due to a caching issue or a display-specific problem.
Here’s what you can try:
Clear Browser Cache
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) to clear your browser cache.
Alternatively, try accessing your site in Incognito/Private Mode.
Test on a Different Device or Browser
Sometimes, the issue may appear only on certain devices or browsers.
A plugin might be adding extra spacing. Test by deactivating plugins one by one.
If the issue persists, could you please:
Share a screenshot of the white bar?
Let me know which browser & device you’re using?
This will help me investigate further.
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards.
