Hi,

I am using WP 4.9.4 and have recently purchased the ucard theme and i cant see the option of using shotcodes as a widget.

Is it an issue with this version of wordpress? I am trying to create the contact form as homepage block widget but I cant see the option of ucard shortcodes although t appears as active in my plugin list.

Hi Leiru,
Please go to contact page and go to visual tab instead of text tab. You can see the shortcode button above the content area. Then you can check all the shortcode list from here.

Awesome, thanks! I see that in the demo, you present the form as a hompege block widget. is it possible to present a page in line with the homepage blocks or it is a footer that you have there? I am trying to have the form next to a homepage block…

Hi Leiru,
Please go to dashboard > pages > homepage >you can use map and contact page shortcodes here. And please don’t forget the choose homepage template on the right hand side.
