By the way, I have regenerated all thumbnails again.

I’m not sure, though, how would one to add a feature image as full size. I don’t believe we have such option when adding a feature image, correct?

What I’ve just done:
1 – Deactivated all plugins: portfolio layout ok (but no categories, of course).
2 – Activated only uCard Portfolio: portfolio layout ok, despite to fonts o categories menu.
3 – Activated plus uCard Shortcodes: portfolio layout gets messed up.
4 – Deactivated uCard Portfolio and left only uCard Shortcodes active: portfolio layout ok.
5 – Both active but no categories being used in the posts/portfolio items: portfolio layout ok.

Right now, I left with the layout messed up for your consideration.

Can I add the map as one of the 4 main blocks? I don’t need, ofc, the effect on the map. I just want to put it there, as one of the main four blocks instead of putting it as the fifth block or sixth block.

Thanks for the quick reply, serkan.

But if I change the site title there, I change the title in both places.

What I want is to have something like “XXXX” as the site title (the one that will appear in the browser tab), and something like “YYYY” as the main title in the header (the one above the rotating words). Got it?
