I have tested it using different blog layouts where the photo doesn’t take up the whole screen and the problem is still the same. Even when the photo is half the size, just at the top of the text beneath the title, it is STILL blurry.

Even when I turn parallax off, it is STILL blurry.

I even resized the photo to 1920 width like you said and it is actually WORSE.

When I use the original size, you said it is blurry because it is zoomed in. When I have the same picture file opened up next to the website and zoom in, it is not blurry. Only on the website.

There are multiple other threads on here with people reporting the same problem. With no fix.

Sorry, I meant how do I make the width of the text column wider, not the text size.

The paragraph of text looks very thin when it could take up more of the screen space. It is currently the same size as it was when the sidebar was there. Without the sidebar the paragraph width should be bigger.

Great, that works. How do I make the text column for the category description bigger. Even though the sidebar is gone, the category description is the same size. It looks a bid odd

I deactivated all plugins and tried again – the image is still blurry. On all pages with featured images, the images are blurry

Thank you , the CSS fixed the font issue.

However – You are correct, it only goes almost square at like 9 inches.

But at 13inches it is still not Ultra wide. If that is indeed ultra wide the at 15inches it must be ultra ultra wide..

My settings are for Ultra wide however:

The 13 inch shows an EXTRA WIDE slider

When I make it bigger to 15, the slider becomes ULTRA wide

I have tried this on safari, chrome and firebox, and it all has the same problem.

When I select ‘middle boxed’ as the boy layout in the GENERAL options the box is white. Is it possible to customize the color?
