Thanks. I have followed those instructions on the link and the elementor debugging guide / safe mode guide.
I have determined it is not a plugin or hosting. It seems to be an issue with your theme, or specifically the footer template module in relation to your theme.
I have attached a Loom video in the Private Content area that shows all of this in detail as well as numerous ways of testing and eliminating variables. However to summarize steps to repeat:
1. Deactivate All Plugins except for Elementor and Elementor Pro
2. Try to create a new footer template in Theme Builder
3. Press “Edit” to start customizing the footer template
4. Recieve Error
5. Activate Safe Mode
6. Repeat step 3
7. No Error
8. Add any content to footer template
9. press publish
10. Add conditions to make active on entire site
11. Save
12. Attempt to edit any other page with elementor
13. recieve error
14. go back to footer template you enabled and disable
15. other elementor page editors work fine again
16. disable safe mode and Reactivate all plugins
17. everything still works fine; as long as an elementor footer template is not active
