Great, thanks. It displays fine on desktop but on mobile, the height is not proportionate:

I am using this code:

iframe src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/dCxCKMfRUY4″ width=”560″ height=”315″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen”></iframe

with this CSS:

.fluid-width-video-wrapper { max-width: 768px; }
.fluid-width-video-wrapper { padding-top: 26% !important; }

Note, if I change the width in the iframe code to 768px it becomes full screen width again and the height goes back to 315 – similar to the screenshot I sent you previously:

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,

Thank you. However, the code didn’t help center them.

I am trying to use a total of 3 social widgets and tried placing them in Footer 1 to 4 and they’re never centered. In Footer 2 they’re too much to the left, Footer 3, they are too much to the right.

When I add the ccs code you shared, it places the 3 a little bit more to the right but not centered at all. This is what they look like placed in Footer 3 with the custom CCS code added:

Any other ideas?

Thanks again.

Please disregard the previous message. I have found the plugin within the package I downloaded when I purchased the theme and have installed it.

And yes, now the social media icons are showing up as they should.

Is it possible to modify the alignment of these icons (would prefer to center them).

Thank you very much.

I do not have a Blogger Shortcode plugin. I saw the reference to it in the documentation but wasn’t sure if that was required.

Could you please send me the download link? It’s not in the package I received when I purchased the Blogger theme.

Thank you.

Hi @serkan,

Thank you. Adding those lines kept the videos at full-width and reduced the height only:

I tried replacing “auto” with actual width and height but doesn’t affect it.

When I actually refresh my browser, I can see that first the frames load in the desired size set by the iframe parameters and then next second it goes full width.

Thank you for the support.

I got mixed up with the different threads… the cache plugin does NOT help resolve the issue (which you said was Java script related I think?) where the caption first loads vertically then a second later it goes down under the image where it should be.

Thanks!

1) The CSS code works for wrapping captions which are up to 2 lines – which is a nice change but if the caption happens to be longer (like 3 or 4 lines long) then then any lines beyong the 2nd line are displayed outside the screen and one has to scroll down to see it.

2) I installed WP Super Cache a few days ago and it did the trick. Thanks for the help!

Further to the above, the ‘Link to media file’ does open it up but there is no back button or a convenient way to navigate back – so that’s not the best solution.

Anyone has other ideas?

… let me rephrase the above, not looking to open up a proper gallery.

I just would like to be able to click on the images and then they open up individually.

Images in the gallery are often too small to ‘enjoy’ so it’d be great if users could click to view them in a larger size.

Thank you.

Hi Serkan,

1) This error is not only on mobile phones, it’s both on desktop and mobile.

All vertical photos with longer captions using ‘Photo Gallery 2’ have the second line cut off (mobile & desktop), in any web browser. You must see the same on your computer.

See how it wraps the text for vertical photos and half of the the second line is cut off – as in it’s there BUT the user has to scroll down to see. Same on mobile.

I’d like you to open this link and click on the 4 image (girl in black dress holding out her hat) and I am certain you will see it:

https://andraslens.com/portfolio/travel/

2) What cache plugin you recommend I install? I am hosted at Bluehost and Normal level of caching is enabled… do I still need a cache plugin above Bluehost’s cache?

Thank you for your help.

So I have realized that the problem is mostly with portrait / vertical images as it wraps the text according to the width of the image.

For example, open the fourth image (the only vertical one) in this gallery:

https://andraslens.com/portfolio/travel/

Same problem occurs in mobile view. Could you please check and let me know how this can be corrected?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I forgot to mention that I believe this only happens with “Photo Gallery 2”. Could you please test that gallery type and see if you can replicate the problem?

On a different note, is there a CSS code to modify the font type / size used for these captions either on a per gallery level or overall?

Thank you!

Thank you for that!

Thank you! Problem has been resolved, was not related to your template.

Sorry, I have just now found the part in the Documentation for ‘One Click Demo Import’ and I was able to import the Demo content.

It helps a lot! :) I still would to get some assistance regarding the precise positioning of the logo for this theme.

Further to my previous messages:

I am not a WordPress expert, trying to learn into it. Is there a way to access the site design as it was advertised at the below link:

http://themes.pixelwars.org/theblogger/anna/

And then I could modify that as per our requirements. Starting from scratch seems to be very confusing and it would greatly help me if I could do that.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

The site is not published yet. Would sending a screenshot help show you which part I am referring to?

If yes, how do I send a screenshot – looks like that this forum doesn’t support attaching images.

Thanks.
