Happy 2026! Appreciate your response and help on this issue. I too suspect its a server-related issue but they insisted that it was the files that I uploaded.
Nonetheless, I’ll work with the service provider to resolve this issue and will reach out should i require further assistance.
Thank you Serkan. Hosting provider has gotten back and they’d mentioned there were thousands of infected files on the server – despite me doing a fresh installation recently.
They’d mentioned it could be a back door program or issues with the plugins, but other than the recommended plugins imported from the demo content, the only other plugins I’ve installed are wordfence and a page duplicator (that was recently updated and the most downloaded by users).
Would like to check if any users has reported a similar problem? Could this be a broader server based issue? Concurrently I’ve uploaded the theme on my own server as a test and so far so good – no issues.
Would you have any possible advices or fix to this? I’ve installed a couple of WordPress sites and themes for clients and so far this is the first time I’m encountering this issue, any advice is greatly appreciated.
