    Hello Team,
    Trust you are doing well… we are facing the following issues with the theme, request you to please help address the following concerns,

    a) our website page speed insights are extremely low, more so for mobile where the results are below 20.. we have tried the following steps but it hasn’t really helped much…
    1. Reduced the image size (present image size range – minimum being 15kb, and maximum being 150kb)
    2. Using WP Super Minify to compress the javascript & css
    3. Using WP Super Cache

    The page speed insights and pingdom test still read that there are a lot of HTML & CSS requests being sent (150 and plus) thereby bringing the overall results low. Request you to please help in decreasing these HTTP requests. (ours is a simple static website)

    NOTE – We have removed all the unused plugins (including Woo Commerce)

    b) We tried opening our website in windows explorer and others, the theme tends to appear differently, the social icons appear in an asian font and the overall menu strip behaves differently (sharing screenshots in the link below)

    c) The menu strip appears broken during the load time even in google chrome (sharing screenshot in the link below)

    Request you to please help address all these points.

    Hello Serkan, Looking forward to hearing from you on the concern stated above… In addition to the problem stated above… I also wish to learn from you, which website traffic analytics plugin would work the best with Efor Theme… Is Google Site Kit better or Monster Insights?

    Hi Serkan, please ignore my cookie policy concern. I was able to find the cookie policy document when I took the site live. Request you to please address the second concern on how to download all the enquiries received on Elementor Pro Contact form in an Excel CSV file.

    Hi Serkan, one more thing.. I wish to download all the enquiries received in a CSV file.. How can I do the same ?

    At present, every single entry is coming to us in the email id that we have entered in the elementor pro form

    Hello Team,
    I am getting stuck in the contact form section. Wanting to put radio buttons and drop down .. however both of them are getting broken due to some reason… sharing the screenshot for the same.. request you to please help share the steps required to correct the same.

    Note – I have purchased Elementro pro as advised (i.e. if that makes any difference in the steps required)

    I have been trying real hard to find a way to change the social media icon colors in the top menu (top left) of the website… request you to please help guide me on how to go about it.. I have gone through the doc shared by you in detail.. however, couldn’t figure out a way

    Hi Serkan !
    I have gone through the doc link as sharred above… however, I am not being able to remove the “Visted, Todays visit” from the bottom of the theme… Request you to please help let me know, how can I do that…

    Hi Serkan !
    Surely.. btw, I am a complete beginer and at present really struggling to use your theme.. there seem to be many plugins installed .. is there a tutorial video that you have made to learn edit your theme ?

    Also, a few plugins (like Crocoblock) reads, your license will expire after 30 days.. please help clarify, will I be unable to make changes to a few elements (plugin linked) post these 30 days ?

    Hi Serkan, I have installed all recommended plugins. Request you to please guide me, where do I need to go next in order to change the theme option.
