I use the Responsy theme for my personal website / blog about creating an online passive income from scratch. Site is in Dutch but you can use Google Translate if you’re wondering what I’m writing about.
I use the Responsy theme in Light style but with a different background image and some colour changes (red for links and for the footer-top-border for example). Website design is finished for about 95%, I have a few tiny things I’d like to change / add (well, it is never 100% finished…). And maybe I’ll add the slider with the CTA button, I’m not sure yet.
Actually, you do. Older versions of (inactive) themes could have leaks (which are repaired in the newer versions), so hackers could have access to your site. So always update inactive themes, or delete them.
The point is, I don’t want a home page. I only want to show my last posts. So I leave the “Front Page” option (after choosing “A static page”) empty. I only use the Posts Page.
I turned off the search function on the Contact Page ;)
