okay I have no idea what caused that to happen, but I found a way around it.

Instead of uploading the gif to WordPress, I uploaded it to Photobucket. I simply used the HTML link from there to embed it, and it works.

This is weird because the URL I use in the code is correct, and doesnt have 404 error. But it seems when I publish it, it changes the link?

As I said, I copy/pasted the same snippet into another blog, and it worked.
