Ok, i found that
h2 {
font-size: 13px;
}
What i want to change is the h2 but its not working.

h1, p, body is working but h2 not. Even i can see it in the code.

In the visual editor is a button to insert short codes from a pop up. This pop up is empty now and shows nothing.
