    Thank you again for your reply and for your support.

    I’ve contacted my hosting provider (OVH), and unfortunately, I’m on a shared hosting plan where the required server settings (memory limit, time limit, etc.) cannot be modified. They confirmed that these settings are fixed and only adjustable on VPS or dedicated servers — which I’m not planning to switch to at this time due to the cost.

    When I purchased the Efor theme, I wasn’t aware that such specific server configurations were required. I didn’t see this clearly mentioned on the Envato Market product page. If I had known, I would have checked in advance.

    Since I can’t use the theme with my current hosting setup, I kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a refund.
    Could you please let me know what the process is to request it?
