Sure, seems to be clear by now.
Please make sure to disclose on your product description that only php mail function is supported.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

    Hello,

I never asked for customization of third party plug in. YOU suggested me to use one of them because YOUR theme does not support SMTP.

So, instead of me asking customization for Contact form 7, and you copying-paste the same answer, what if I ask YOUR theme to SUPPORT something that doesn’t?

    Thank you very much

    Hello,

On the other topic that I mentioned on my previous message (http://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/contact-form-not-working-7/) your colleague Mehmet Sali suggested me to open a new request and this is what I did.

I really don’t understand your attitude. I don’t want to use any third party plugin. Your theme does not support SMTP, and again Mehmet Sali suggested me to use Contact Form 7.. Please read the other topic.

In the meanwhile, I am loosing contacts.. Any help/clarification would be very appreciated.

I thought of using Contact Form 7, but I will need to struggle with the styling in order to make it consistent with the rest of the theme.

The PHP mail() function is usually abused by third parties..
So there are no plans for the theme to use SMTP?

    Hello,

Just did it, still the same results.
Please note that I have the following SMTP options:

    1. Send all WordPress emails via SMTP.
    2. Use the PHP mail() function to send emails.

I can receive test mails with options 1 but not with option 2.
As I mentioned on my previous message my host has disabled the PHP mail() function but the rest of my sites work fine with option 1.

Any help would be very appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

I am facing the very same problem. Did contact my host, they told me that by default the php mail() function is disabled and suggested me to install WP-Mail SMTP as I did.

Now I can receive the test email but the contact form is still not working.

In the same host I have more sites and they all work correctly.

Please help, not losing contacts is essential for my site.

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply, I just tried again on iOS and my Android (4.X) and it happens only on my phone.

Tomorrow I will try on more devices and get back to you as soon as I got any feedback.

    Thanks again

I have tested both in iOS (don´t remember version) and Android 4.0
In Android I´ve tested both with stock browser and dolphin browser.

Please take into account that when testing on desktop (simulating mobile resolution) it seems to work as expected.
