yes it is activated .. I do not think it a problem because on my old site( http://www.nuaisacrezi.NET) everithing is okay and Facebook indexes the first featured image.. but a week ago my new site (www.nuaisacrezi.RO) no longer indexed my featured image for post. it only indexes content image and other image from another post. for exemple : http://nuaisacrezi.ro/mel-gibson/
