Dear Support, waiting for the code to activate “LMS Tutor Pro” plugin.

But, I have also a problem to solve with this plugin (in addition to activation key).

I have enabled the module to enroll students manually.

I followed these instructions: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/manual-enrolments/

Unfortunately this happens when I go into the “Manual enrollment”, typing the student’s name, nothing is found. New students are not displayed, even though they have registered correctly.

Therefore, I cannot manually enroll students in some paid courses (which I don’t want they to pay for).

How can I solve it?
