  • I kindly ask for an answer on what kind of help I can expect from you. Communication with support is very poor. I have been waiting for an answer for 2 days and unfortunately I have no specific help. I bought the theme on January 6. Today is January 11, and my site contains errors and I cannot move forward.

    The hosting company has verified the problem and asks why our connection is rejected, whether it is e.g. too many requests during import.

    Please help me import demo10 again.

    The answer from the hosting company is that they allow import from a remote source. I reinstalled the site and imported demo 10. Unfortunately, I still have the same problems. Additionally, when I enable the Tutor plugin, all subpages disappear. In this situation, I am not able to install this theme myself.

    Therefore, I kindly ask for a full installation of the demo 10 Efor theme with all plugins so that the site works properly.

    I provide new access to the admin panel in a private message.

    My problem is with the images. No media was imported correctly. The files are 1KB. The option to renew thumbnails does not work. I get errors. I changed the file permissions via FTP to 755. But that did not help.

    I have attached a new Efor purchase code, which applies to the wiolettanowicka.pl website – the previous one was from 3 years ago.

    I am asking for urgent help.

    Thank you for Effor Update to version 7.0.6. Now I can save the API Key, list ID without any problem. Thanks! :)

    Yes, thank you for the links. Everything is clear to me. The problem is in Jet Elements Integration. I can’t save the Mailchimp settings. I have filled API Key, list ID many times, but every time I can’t save the data. Can you help me save this?

    Thanks for your advice. I have deactivated Yoast SEO plugin and blog starts working in a good way. After activation this plugin again the blog still working well.

    My blog section hasn’t imported the standard visual settings from the theme.

    1) There’s no visual blog content at blog page – just a “Blog” and list of topics
    2) There is slider section
    3) There is right sidebar
