I was able to update the plugin now, however, when I put the licence number in for Pro, it takes me to a sign in page and even though I sign up, it says the licence number is not active (but when I put it in the licence box, it says that it is activated, but it still doesn’t allow me to access the pro features.

I have a notification that the Crocoblock license will expire soon. It also won’t allow me to update the JetElements & JetPopup plugins (which I think are part of Crocoblock. This is the notification I am getting

I think I have now worked it out for now. I have made the banner white and added the logo with text in a uploaded photo. Thanks.

Hello, I don’t’ know what I’ve done now, but I’ve somehow changed the padding on the header/pages. So all my pages expect my front page is too squashed under the header.

Did you get my response with the log in details? I’m still having trouble changing the header colour. I’ve tried going into customise, header, and changing the colour there to white to see if that helps but I’m still having no luck with making any changes. Thanks so much. The site is really coming together now! Just have to fix the header.

Thanks for the reply. I am still having trouble, as even when I add the logo and text together in an image and save it with a transparent background (png file), when I upload it, it holds a white background and doesn’t look clean. I am almost ready to make the website go live and I’m really happy with how it’s looking, except for the logo/header area.

So I have a website but it only has the header and no other information. I’ve been looking through the forums with no success. I checked the PHP and it’s compatible. PHP 7.4.33

I’ve managed to problem solve some of these issues but now the demo has installed but there is no demo content on there.

I tried a different way (by installing another plugin “One Click Demo” and now I’m getting these errors
