Button Code Not Working

    Hello I am trying to use the button short code for my website on a template for homepage, with slider, however when i put the short code it’s not rendering on the image, i am putting the code as follows,

    Thank you for the timely response. I did deactivate the plugins however now the issue that comes about is the picture only renders on the left (1/4 of the picture shows)

    ok got it to work now the only issue with the website is the button is blocking some of the faces is there a code where i can move the button down and to the right a bit? thanks!

    @media screen and (min-width: 1400px) { .home-landing .home-wrap .intro { top: 50%; } }

    Added, the custom css code and unfortunately its not working. the code looks as follows,

    [button text="Enter Website" url="www.rhanielmiel.com/portfolio-gallery/"][/intro]

    @media screen and (min-width: 1400px) { .home-landing .home-wrap .intro { top: 50%; } }
