Hi,

I contact you because yesterday i bought this fantastic theme on Themeforest, thank you it is gorgeous.

Note: i took it because it is perfect for a podcast, but also because it is ELEMENTOR compatible.

The problem is that the footer created from elementor with page builder make disapear the header of the theme.
If you go now to the website, you’ll the theme header and the theme footer.
If you go to page builder > Footer and that you change conditions to add this footer visible on all website, the header will disapear.

I take the time to write because i spend 5 hours reading all (yours and elementor) documentation.
CONVINCED it is not an incompatibility issue i contacted Elementor: after more than 20 messages where they not really looked into it, here is theyr “automatic” answer:

“I see. It seems that this is a theme conflict and you have to choose if you will build a new header using Elementor or apply the default footer from your theme. Since you created a footer using Elementor’s Theme builder, these templates append and override the current WordPress theme’s page hierarchy, layout settings, and CSS styles.

Could you have a more detailled look?
I would love to use theme header with elementor footer.

Hi,

We built theme’s demo website with the free version of Elementor. You have Elementor Pro on your website. The theme is not compatible with the Pro version of Elementor. But we will make it compatible with Elementor Pro and will release an update in a week.
